Jesus taught us to pray for our enemies.
I want to ask this question: what types of prayer can we offer on behalf of our enemies?

Nothing different from what Stephen did, though it takes the special Grace of God to understand this

Yes, SPECIAL GRACE OF GOD.
And the best prayer for our enemies is for them to be converted to Christ and this is equivalent to Stephen's prayer: when he said God should not lay the sin on their charge.
Now is it biblical(if it's biblical, quote the verse) or correct to pray that our enemies should continue to prosper and successful?

There are a lot of passages but I 've taken special interest about Rom12:14-21.
It says, for by so doing, you are heaping coals of fire on your enemies' head, making them feel ashamed!

Yes, you have quoted the right reference: weldone for that.
Now, there are two categories of human enemies:
1. Persecutors(verse 14).
2. Spiritual Enemies or representatives of our arch-enemy(satan)-witches, wizards etc.
Now, can you pray for someone God has revealed to you as witch or wizard to prosper and succeed(knowing she will also prosper in working against your own progress)?

That passage of the Bible is not just a promise, it is a command and as such, must be obeyed.
