 INGREDIENTS
*assorted meat
*snails
*dried fish
*whole dried prawns
*grounded pepper
*afang leaves
*waterleafs
*stockfish
*periwinkle
*grounded crayfish
*onions
*palmoil
*salt to taste
 STEPS
*wash the asorted meat thorougly and place in a pot,add the sliced onions, grounded pepper and little water cook for 30 minutes
*wash your snails with lime or lemon to remove slime.wash smoked fish with salt and leave soaking in boiling water for 5 to 8 mins to kill any insect and loosen any sand.
*add prepared ingredients and stock fish to the pot of meat, continue cooking for additional 10 mins adding more stock to it.
*add the pounded afang leave,water leave and crayfish to it.give it a good stir and bring to boil
*add palm oil, seasoning and allow to simmer for 15-20 mins until the soup is well blended.
*remove from heat, dish unto a plate and serve with any preferable meal :-* o:
