Balanced diet is the diet containing almost all the classes of food available for human.
Now, balanced diet is necessary for body growth and healthy living.
Example Of Balanced Diet:
Melon Soup with white meat(e.g chicken- optional), coupled with crayfish/prawns and pumpkin(ugu) leaf.
Using the above soup combination to eat whole wheat meal and taking orange after the meal is a balanced diet.
