The following are the main causes of divorce in marriage:
(1) Spiritual/Demonic Attack:- This is number one cause of divorce in marriage, followed by others and its satanic attack through agents of darkness from out-side marriage; prayer is the only panacea for this; this is always orchestrated with the use of arguments between couples.
(2) Bad Attitudes, especially implacability of husbands and pride on the side of wives who find it difficult to submit to husbands & Addictions, addiction to drugs etc.

(3) Impotence Of A Man Or Frigidity Of A Woman:- This easily breaks marriage and can even scatter a marrige of one month.
(4) spirit-husband (spirit of incubus) & spirit-wife (spirit of sucubus):-These are demonic beings which have s3x with people in dreams;they dont want physical marriage for their victims.
(5)Talkertiveness.
(6)Greediness& Selfishness.
(7)In-law Intervention.

@Lilix, yes, if the person doesnt pray enough to know God's will for him/her in marriage; its a pity that many people think they can choose for themselves by sight; God knows more than we know and He is the only One Who can choose the right persons for His children.
Moreover, someone who is not a child of God cannot be expecting God to choose for him/her when God is not his/her Father.

@DUMACO,you're right that God created us male and female;but dont forget what the same Bible Says In Ephesians. 5:22, dt "Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands,as unto the Lord".
Any woman who goes into marriage with the mentality of human theory that "all animals are equal" will have marital problem.
The Bible has declared that "husband is the head of the wife,...."(verse 23) and anything spoken against this is against God's commandment.
When a wise woman submit to her husband,she finds out that the husband is ready to do anythn for her;but many marriages have had shipwreck because of the human theory that women are equal to men; we are all human:its true; no one should oppress,but there's no peace in a vehicle without driver and there's no peace in a house without a leader.
For peace to reign in a family, woman must submit to leadership of husband& d husband in return should love his wife and cherich& care for her. This means dt husband in return should respect his wife.

Nothing happens physically without spiritual base; the lack of this vital knowledge robbed many couples of their blessings.
The good news is that the Bible says In 2Corinthians 10:4 That "....the weapon of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.
So, God has given us power to cast out every power warring against our marital success.
