I won't talk much just straight to the point.
10pm-4am. As a student, it is advicable to sleep for atmost 5hours but as for adult, sleep within 5-6hours.

As a student, you should have a time table that fulfills this: 8hrs for classes(lectures), 8hrs for reading and 8hrs for sleeping. There are 24hrs in each day to fulfil these.

Well, it is advisable that 6hours sleep is enough in a day, talking about healthy sleep; but that should not be always; we should create more hours/time if there's chance, for healthier living.
As said it is good as 10pm-4am or 9pm-5am to make it 8hours.
Lastly, if you the type sleeping for 6hours(10pm-4am) at night, make sure you have siesta of at least an hour: this is also very important for healthier living.
