Yes, my brother, we can live holy life. Only those who ask for the grace are given the grace to live for God; we need to also understand what the Bible says in Hebrews. 12:14, that "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:".
After given one's life to Jesus, he/she must follow God in holiness and rigteousness; that is our ticket for making heaven.

In fact,we have all made points; holiness is the attitude of those who want to make heaven.
If anyone says no man can be holy,then he/she is proving wrong these verses of the scriptures: Matthew 5:48, which says
"Be thou perfect as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
1Peter 1:15,16, Which Says
"But as He which hath called you is holy,so be ye holy in all manner of your conversation;
Because it is written, be ye holy for I Am holy;"
Hebrews 12:14, Which Says,
"Follow peace with all men and holiness,without which no man shall see God."
Revelation 21:27,Which Says,
"No unclean thing shall enter therein...."
Holy Living is a must for those who want to make heaven and sinful living is the condition for making hell.
As some think,one is not claiming self righteousness when talking about holy life,but its by faith and carefulness about the things of this world.
For example,someone who wants to make heaven dont play with sins,but should hate sins as feaces & should guard his heart against all filthiness.
