*sweet potatoes
*1 table spoon ginger
*sugar
*3 cups millet
*1 tea spoon clove
STEPS
*soak millet overnight or for 10hrs
*wash millet to remove all stones
*mash sweet potatoes, gingers and clove together
*add millet and blend
*boil the amount of water you need
*mix the mixture you've already blended into paste
*remove one cup from it and keep aside
*add the paste to the boiling water and stir till its thick.remove from fire and let to cool
*add the one cup you kept aside then,leave to stay over night
*sieve(filtter) in the morning and add sugar to tast
