I will show you how to resolve this blackberry desktop manager compatibility issue. Read on.

1. Right click and save the following certificate to your computer
->BlackBerry
Desktop Certificate.

2. Open Internet Explorer and go to Internet Options. Switch to the Content Tab and then click on Certificates.

3. On that page, click on import to launch a wizard that will guide you through the importation of the BlackBerry certificate you just downloaded.

4. Once the import has been successfully completed, close Internet Explorer and try installing the BlackBerry Desktop Manager again.
