I wouldn't dream of having more than two. First, I'd have loved to have as many as possible, but considering the pains a woman goes through to conceive; I wouldn't want my wife to suffer that. Except God blesses me with a set of twins. My wife would only go into labour twice in her lifetime.
Thinking of C-S? I wouldn't think that if I were you!
