2014 African Women Player of the Year and (former) River Angels star, Asisat Oshoala has secured a permanent move to the English side, Liverpool Women.
  Oshoala who became one of the brightest young talents of women futbol has seen her heroics at the FIFA U20 Women world cup in Canada and African Women Championship where she helped Nigeria claim 2nd and 1st position respectively, winning Best Player of the tournament in both and highest goal scorer in the former.
