Why do people suffer, are there remedies to suffering? What are your thoughtful opinions and remedies?

It depends on what kind of suffering you mean. There are a lot of ways people suffer, and each has its own solution. It could be emotional suffering, financial suffering, physical suffering (e.g disabled people) e.t.c

thanks you so much.. what i am actually talking about is the area of financial suffering, seeing that alot of our people thus; "Nigerians" in quote, are suffering financially.

I am going to be speaking in reference to "educated" Nigerians with financial problems (because for uneducated people, i don't think it would be an easy thing).
The key word here is "Assets". The more assets you have, the richer you are likely to eventually become. Most nigerians (or people in general) spend and waste every little cash they get, and then call it flexing. They say "I have been poor for a long time, now that i have gotten this little cash, let me enjoy". That is wrong.
Use the money to buy or do something that would bring you returns, and then use the returns to buy something that would bring you even more returns.
There is a big difference between an asset and a liability. A liability only makes you spend more money without bringing returns. A private car is a huge liability.
