Ok, I can get you.
The Bible is against drawing of tattoo on the body.
You can read Leviticus 19:28.
That verse alone as answered the question.

Ok,so tattoo, bleaching, using blade as scratches (sin gbere)etc are bad!!!
If you make tatoos, you simply are telling God that you are not comfortable with the way He created you, maybe you would have been a better architect

Yes, anything done on your body to change your natural being is a sin; including bleaching, using of cream to make your body hairy(as some fools do) and the likes.

So what about relaxing your hair, and some stuff like that but not necessarily plating it?
(sirphil)
Relaxing of hair is also changing of our nature from what God made us to be.
My wife and I have known this truth, my wife dont even try such; she plait her hair naturally as she has been doing from childhood and the hair remains natural like that; no fake hair(attachments); everything is natural and that is how it should be.
There's one thing about this relaxing of hair: it has bad effects on the hair at the long run.

So we shouldnt be shaving it in the first place!
(sirphil)
Shaving it as how?
Or do you mean a man should not shave because he wants to remain natural?
That is another direction:
shaving helps you maintain neatness and there is no changing of nature there: because it doesnt change the nature of your hair.
The bible talks about shaving- 1Corinthians 11:5-6 and others and even how a man should shave his head- Leviticus 19:27.
The above references proves to it that it is lawful for a man to shave(in a godly way), but optional(though not sinful) for women to shave.
