This is a comprehensive list of the cheapest android and windows smartphones in the African market right now.

It's no doubt that android mobile phones occupy a huge portion of the mobile phone market share in the world, and if you do not have a smartphone in 2016, your friends may take you for a dinosaur who isn't technologically enlightened and still enjoys the taste of fresh leaves. Now, if you do not already know, Android is not really a type of phone but an operating system, also known as the life blood of the phone. The smartphone itself can be manufactured by any company. Examples of companies who make android phones include: Samsung, Infinix, Tecno, HTC, Huawei, Lenovo, Innjoo, Alcatel, e.t.c.

Some of these mobile phone companies like Samsung are indeed A-list big name companies and are therefore naturally expected to produce phones of premium quality and enhanced durability features like water-proof and shatter-proof protection. As a result, their products end up being a tad too expensive for low class citizens and for most people living in Africa.

Fortunately, we were blessed with new mobile phone companies like Infinix and Tecno who are trying to grow their customer base by offering mobile phones of almost matching quality to the big dogs and at low prices which are sometimes less than half of many premium phones. As a result, many first android users in Africa purchase the cheap android devices which offers the exact same experience contained in other android phones.

I have rounded up a list of the best / cheapest android phones you can buy in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and Africa in general, thier most vital specifications, and their current prices.

The price for Infinix has increased, I don't know whether it is due to the devaluation of of Nigeria Naira.

You know they're really bringing out new phones at times weekly and untill many are out then the old ones will be useless to them so the price comes low
You still don't get what am saying do you?
You can't get infinix for N22,000 anymore!
