Airtel Data Plans for iPad and iPhone

This is the list of subscription codes for iPhone and iPad data plan on the Airtel network.

The main challenge with browsing on iPad devices is not really finding the subscription codes, because iOs devices use the same codes as regular mobile or Android devices. The main trouble is setting up the iPad to use internet onn the airtel network.

1. Navigate to “Settings” from your iPad Home Screen

2) Choose “Cellular Data” on the “Settings” panel on the left

3) Keep the “Cellular Data” On(tap on it to toggle On/Off depending on the status)

4) Now go to APN settings

5) Put “internet.ng.airtel.com” in the APN space

6. Leave the Username and Password field blank

7. Now, if you already have an active subscription on that sim, you can launch Safari or any browser of your choice and try to open a web page. If not, see subscription procedure below:

Please note that reloading your subscription on Airtel can be done online or manually by removing your sim and inserting into a phone (preferably a Nokia phone) and sending any of the short codes below.

To check your data usage, you would have to remove your sim (airtel’s selfcare online portal is not functioning at this moment) and insert into a mobile phone (preferably a Nokia). Dial *141*11*0# and you will get to see your remaining data.

Download the airtel app on your ipad, register and from there, you can subscribe to airtel data without removing your sim card.
