 Let nt a day pass dat u 4got to take ur bath or brush ur tooth in order 2 prevent body/mouth odour, its best to bathe/paste thrice a day.
 Always eat fruits 4 at least 4tims a week. Early morning exercises.

Also U Need To Eat Alot Of Fresh Vegetables(In All Ur Food Put Vegetables) & Don't Over Cook It. If Possible Eat It Raw. Go For Fresh Friuts Instead Of All These Fruit Juices That Contains High Calories. & Take Alot Of Water.

We should be taking fresh air every time.
So many are fond of lurking themselves in the rooms, when they need to take fresh air.
Do you know that fresh air cannot be replaced by air-conditional(AC)?
