TIM: Sam u seem to be a strange guy and i want to knw more abt u.
SAM: Okay.
TIM: Do u lie?
SAM: NO:
TIM: Do u steal?
SAM: NO.
TIM: Do u smoke?
SAM: No.
TIM: Then wat do u do that is not
socialy accepted.
SAM: I tell lies.

I think its the words that differ; are they not the same thing?
Look at it closely.

And telling lies, as in falsehood? There is no other explanation I can give to that.
