In my fourteen years of teaching experience, l've learnt that qualified teachers are not those with BIG CERTIFICATES, but those who have trained to teach and are born to teach: yes, there are born teachers; l have a friend-teacher in the around 2004(Femi by name); he had only secondary school certificate, but he taught like a graduate of education.

Wot builds up a kid to man is sound education frm d experienced. Before a parent is to admit a child/ward to a skul he/she shuld av knowledge of it teachers nd of d teaching facilities (nt d buildin) if gud enough 2 enlighten&build up a persn's knowledge.

Experienced teaching ability helps a lot; it was the types of teachers in my secondary school that made me love some subjects more than others; for example, l loved physics more than chemistry: and this affected my performances in WAEC.
