No need for plaza configuration. Do it yourself. To configure your china phone for internet browsing, follow the steps below as you go to your "Wap" in your menu page=
STEP 1=>HOME PAGE
MTN: Title- Wap MTNonline.com Site-www.google.com.
GLO: Title-Wap-gloworld.com Site-www.google.com.
ETISALAT: Title- Wap etisalat.com Site- www.google.com.
AIRTEL: Title- Wap.GPRS.airtel.com Site-www.google.com or Wap Ng Airtel.com@www.Foogl.com.

STEP 2=>DATA ACCOUNT
Choose "China Mobile GPRS".

STEP 3=>IP ADDRESS:MTN:010-199.212.002
GLO:190-129.010.245, now press done.
AIRTEL:072-018-245-002
ETIS:072-055-142-2451

STEP 4=>Security Off

STEP 5=>Username:wap

STEP 6=> Password:wap, press done then when u'r done with d abov, use back button 2 go back 2 data account. Open data account nd secret GPRS & select d account u used previously. Edit account with these APN=
MTN:web.GPRS.Mtn nigeria-net
AIRTEL:wap ng-airtel.com
GLO:wap-Gloworld.com
ETIS:wap-etisalat.com
Password:wap.
