A man of course, can marry a lady who is no more a virgin or who was deflowered by another man if they trully love each other and live happily together for life(but the best for a woman is to remain virgin until wedding), but it shouldn't be a secret yet unveilled until wedding night: we are no more in the dark age when they did that.
