There Was A Man Who Was Having Disagreement With His Wife & So Both Decided To Agree On Divorce. In the Process They Took the Case To the Court & There the Court Divorce Them. They Had A Child & the Wife Told the Judge "My Lord, I Held the Child In My Womb for 9 months So the Child Is Mine". Her Husband Jumped Up & Told the Judge "My Lord If you Put An ATM card Into the ATM Machine & you Withdraw Money Does It Belong To U Or D ATM Machine?"

Na lie, na the woman get the baby. The woman hold the baby for nine months. The ATM Machine hold the money for less than two minutes.

Though, it's a joke but... the woman is the owner of the baby.

Acording to Law the Man is the right owner of the Child, but if he would leave the child for the woman, then he has to be paying certain money for the child feeding, clothing, education etc. But for the Joke i think the Man is still the owner of the child, because of that comment he made last it means without him acting the woman wont be speaking. No matter the month the woman carried the child it is still the man child ,just like the ATM no matter the minute it takes to produce out your money, it is still your money. So all child belongs to men but are taken care by women...

Menh, It's so absurd to say that the woman owns the baby; in what way? Can you support that Biblicaly? Please lets not confuse ourselves, the man owns the child! The best example is the one of ATM and ur money.

I still stand my grounds, the man has the child. It is his own decision to let the woman has it, and there is nothing the law can do about that. Except King Solomon's wisdom of dividing the child must be implemented so as to see who loves and owns the child!

Yea Sir Phil, that is good of you. Man is the riht owner of the child, while woman takes care of the child. No matter the labour or pain woman goes through while giving birth to the child, it still belongs to the Man, woman only suffer from the curse God put upon them. So let us not look as if the woman has power on the child because of the pain she went through. Without the man, woman wont exist because they were made from our rib.

Yea, that's correct. The man is the rightful owner of a child that the wife give birth to. But from the explanation of the man using the ATM machine to judge, it sounds as the woman owns the child but a normal ground, the father is the owner of the child.

Woo ho ho! I get it. The man simply invested or saved something in the woman's womb, he means no harm, just withdrawing or better still, debiting his own account.
Nevertheless, it's dangerous to seperate a child from his/her mother.

According to the law of our nation and according to deep research in the word of God, the man owns the child, no matter what. But there is an opportunity for the woman accoding to law; she has all the right to see the child whenever she wants to and let me tell you, at the long run the child will personally side his/her mother, because children generally dont toil with their mother's matter.

In training up the child, both parents have different unique role; that is why any child being raised by a single parent cannot get adequate training.

Yes, you have a point there, but that smaller role of the father cannot be overlooked.
Any child who lives with mother alone dont always know how to respect elders and any child living with father alone dont always know how to do home chores.
The roles complement each other.
