To change or edit your profile on 2go, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Send UPDATE to 32120. You'll be charged N30 for this text if you are texting from Nigeria. (Please note that your profile can only be edited once. So if you have done this before, you are not advised to do it again)

Step 2: After sending the sms, you will recieve a text containing a link.

Step 3: Clicking on the link will take you to a page where you can edit or change your 2go profile details (If you cannot click on the link, copy it and paste it in your browser)

Step 4: You will be able to edit these:
Name
Location
Birth Date
Gender

The sim you used for registration is your passport to your 2go account. The 2go team has not developed a way of sending a password to another phone number (If this was possible, people would be able to steal your password.)

So, here, there are two options for you:
1. Retrieve your lost Sim card

2. Register a new 2go account with your new number.
