It's quite easy to do so. The below are steps to enlighten u on how to go about it. Do follow accordingly:
1. Visit the home screen of your BlackBerry phone.
2. Move the trackball right to highlight "Message."
3. Press down to select "Options."
4. Move trackball to highlight "Email Settings."
5. Scroll down to "Signature" then press the trackball down.

U can now Type in ur new signature using the keyboard.
Press the BlackBerry key again, now press "Save." Your new signature will be saved.
