Well, here is a work around:

If you cannot download anything from app world using your blackberry, try accessing app world over pure wi-fi connection. That is, turn your wi-fi on and turn the Cellular network off.

Another solution is to update your blackberry app world.

1. Install BlackBerry App World 3.1
or higher to be able to use a Wi-Fi only connection
2. Enable Wi-Fi on your BlackBerry phone and connect to a Wireless Access Point.
3. Contact your wireless network provider to upgrade
your Blackberry service plan.

Can you access Payment Options? Blackberry App world -> My Account -> Payment options
If you can, try signing in (you may need to try this several times).
After you sign in, back out and try downloading again.
