Hmmm! This is a question that requires a lot of thinking. Someone who struggled to get out of PROFESSSIONAL for three months, escaped EXPERT withing four months. About to leave LEADER to VETERAN, his/her 2go account was hijacked. What should that person do? Should that person open a new 2go account or what advice do you want to give that kind of person that he will just take heart?
