A friend of mine brought his phone Techno M7 to me that has a camera problem and he said that he can't use his phone camera since he purchased the phone from the market. The phone is second-hand not a new phone, and it always shows "Unfortunately, Gallery has stopped" when he opens the phone camera.

Sounds like a memory issue. Try running the camera without the memory card.
I have done that and the problem still persists. I was told to perform a factory reset and it was performed sucessfully, but it has not been resolved yet.

A factory reset only resets your default device settings and clear your data.... I doubt it has any effect on third party app settings. it's possible that you may have installed something that works with gallery or there is a gallery item that got corrupted. Try one of these:

1. If you installed "Let's Tag It", go to gallery settings and switch off 'Tag buddy'..... See if it works.

2. Try going to Settings.... Apps, then press menu button and click "Restore app preferences".... See if it works.

3. Try going to Settings... Apps.... All Apps.... Gallery.....Click on 'Clear All Data'.... and 'Clear Cache'.... See if it works.
I have tried all of the three and i am still facing the same problem.

Do you mean that you have the Let's Tag it app?... Also what effect did the factory reset have on ur phone?
There is no "Let's tag it app" on the phone even before reseting the phone, and factory reset only deleted the installed app on the phone, and no good result was achieved.

You have to be specific with your replies bro.
The 2nd or 3rd suggestions will fix your problem if you do it correctly.
Yes, I have once solved this kind of problem on my sister Techno M3 by clearing camera App cache but it was almost three months ago, and it has worked for me. But this one is more than as none of the above tips has worked on this particular type of phone, and the phone is not with me right now. I just gave him his phone and he has returned it back to where he bought it.
GUY IF U HVENT RETURN  D PHONE, I WIL ADVICE U TO LOOSE D PHONE.BT BE CAREFUL OO,GO TO DAT CAMERA BOX GENTLY OPEN D BOX SO AS TO EXPOSE D LENS. U WIL SURELY SEE SMTING MAYBE A ROD AND PIECE OF WIRE REMOVE IT AND D PROBLEM IS OVER
I am not the owner of the phone. The phone belonged to one of my friend and he has already returned it to the person he bought the phone from. Thanks for your advice.
