*229*PhoneNumber*Amount-of-MB#

Update: It has been changed to:
*229*Pin*Amount-of-MB*PhoneNumber#

Then press send.
For example, if you would like to send 20MB to 08091234567, dial *229*0000*20*0891234567# and press send.
