It may be nice to have a chat in bed but using your mobile phone at bed time can cause insomnia.

A major study claims that radiation from the handset can cause insomnia and headaches aswell as cutting the time spent in deep sleep.
Failing to get enough sleep can lead to depression and personality changes. In teenagers and young children, lack of sleep can result in attention disorders and poor academic performance.

The results showed that using the handsets before bed causes people to take longer to reach the deeper stages of sleep and spend less time in them.

Also remember not to sleep with your phone close to you as that will also affect your sleep.

Pressing phone b4 sleep is my hobby bt 4rm now I will stop it.thanks alot
Placing phone near yourself on bed does not only inder deep/good sleep; but its also dangerous to health.
Any electronics, including tv sets or phones should not be close to you when sleeping, because it deteriorates health.
Sometimes ago, my doctor runs a test on my body with quartum machine and immediately, it was reflected on the machine that magnetic ray in the body was too much; but look at my doctor's advice:
He told me to always off phones whenever l want to sleep and that l should not be too close to my Tv set.
It's not that we should not chat on bed, but immediately you want to sleep, make sure you take it far from you(like two metres away) or you off it and make sure the position of your tv set is far from your set of chairs or far from your bed if you place one in your room.
