yap i agree with sam who says eating late in the evening can affect a persons health negatively.. it has happened to me ones and i regretted the last bit of it. so always follow sams advice and not eat in the evening
Sure thing,. i agree too though i do it. the truth is, i will do my best to change from it; it's actually because i get home late from work most times.

The people who made up those things are white people, possibly Americans.... And.... as everyone already knows, obesity is america's biggest problem. So every health tip they give will be to make people lose weight.

Doing the things stated above by sam is good for you (only if you have weight problems). BUT if you look more or less like a broom stick, then i wouldn't advise you to follow them.
Apart from weight gain, it causes a lot of other things like high blood preasure, constipation, bad dreams and night mare and some other abnormalities in the body.
