it seems like a curse, i just cant read for more than two hours at night. i envy people who read TDB and want to try it. if it was day time i would be able to read endlessly, i am normally the last person to leave the library. but once its 10pm, i become extremely sleepy, i really need advice. thank you.

Itz not advisable to stay awake all thru the night, it will affect your thinking the next day. If u want to do it, do it during lecture weeks not towards ur exam. Have you tried coffee? ;)

I think graves disease makes people over restless and active. Try not to believe online diagnosis. Seeing a doctor is always the best thing to do.
One method that always work is to sleep in the afternoon. The number of hours you sleep in the day is the number of hours you won't feel sleepy in the night. :D Try it.

alright, i will try it tomorrow. my book for tomorrow would be volume 2 of the LOTR trilogy, thanks for your help xD
Staying/reading all night in the time of exam is a huge mistake; l tried this in one of my papers and l discover my senses were affected in the following day.
I tell you, l had head-ache in the exam hall.
Proper preparation prevents poor performance.
lf you have prepared enough during lecture weeks, you would not need "all-night reading" in the time of exam.

You don't need to read all night to pass your exams. As a matter of fact, don't try it. As a student, you must have 7-8hrs of sleep everyday, that is sleeping between the hours of 10pm to 5am if.you must. Make the most of the day, you can split your study time of 4hrs into two, i.e 2hrs each. 8hrs for lectures and the remaining 2hrs for leisure.

Remember, you have all 24hrs in a day at your grasp.
