How To do a Sim Card Welcome Back for Mtn, Etisalat, Airtel and Glo

Was your mobile phone stolen? Did you lose your sim card?

If yes, then all you need to do is a Sim Replacement to get your phone number back (the stolen one will be blocked!). Follow the steps below on how to get your stolen phone number back:

Step 1: Get your old sim pack (If you can't find it, dont worry. Go to step 2)

Step 2: Get a sheet of paper and a pen.

Step 3: Write down the following:
Your Full Name
The Lost Phone Number
Your Address
Your Occupation
Your Gender
The last amount you recharged

Step 4: After that, write down 5 numbers you call frequently

Step 5: Then write down all the numbers in your family and friends list (If you cannot remember all of them just write down the ones you can remember)

Step 6: Make sure you have more than N500 in your pocket, plus your transport.

Step 7: Go to your nearest network provider's office (If the sim was MTN then go to the nearest MTN office, if it was Etisalat then go to the nearest Etisalat office. There should be one near you, ask for directions).

Step 8: They will take the details from the paper and ask you a few questions.

Step 9: Then they will give you a new sim card and charge you N500. They will also give you a recharge card of N500
(Meaning that the Sim Replacement was actually FREE)

So, now you have your old phone number back, thanks to EasyNaija.com :)

A few hours, although the operators would advise to wait 24 hours max.
